Study Abroad Across the Pond!

Ariel Whitely

This summer Ariel studied abroad for two weeks touring through England and Scotland! One week was spent in each country. While in Scotland Ariel was able to visit the Falkirk Wheel, which is a largely known engineering success. This wheel covers a distance of 35 meters in between the two canals that it transports people to.  Not only did Ariel visit the Falkirk Wheel but was also able to visit the Scottish Museum of Rural Life.

During the groups’ time in England and Scotland they were also able to see the great work of art known as Stonehenge.

You can also visit http://acjintheuk.wordpress.com/ for more information about what the study abroad group did on their travels.

Now that Ariel is back in the U.S. she is spending the rest of her summer working while also taking summer courses in Biology and Chemistry.
