Old Window Made New

Over the summer I embarked on a little adventure to find an old window. I searched at flea markets, antique stores, and garage sales. I finally found the perfect window when I was with my grandmother at a little boutique store and bought it immediately. This window was the perfect window to make a very useful and yet very fun idea for my dorm room. Before I left for Spain I got a sheet of glass and made a backing to the window. Over in Spain I found the perfect photo so I decided to make one of the window panes in to a picture frame as well as make another pane a chalkboard and a white board. The last pane of the four was the hardest for me to come up with an idea to what I was going to put in it. After a long time of standing in aisles and walking through the craft store I finally decided to tile the last window pane to make it have the feel of being in Europe. After a whole summer and hard work it turned out looking fantastic!
