Procrastination is one of the most common and deadliest of diseases and it toll on success and happiness is heavy. This quote from Wayne Gretzky perfectly describes how procrastination is not a good thing and just leads to unhappiness. College students are all too familiar with the concept of procrastination, it is all around us. We have all said at one time that there is always tomorrow I can just finish it then, when it all reality it just leads to a larger pileup of stress and more things not getting accomplished. This leads to lack of sleep and lack of focus, which contributes to lower test grades. The best way to fix this is to simply not procrastinate in college. I know that it is easier said than done but it can be accomplished. Just take that extra time the night before to finish that project or that last bit of homework that you think that you can put off till the next morning. I promise that your body and grades will thank you for it in the long run.
